Our workshops cover everything from identity, spiritual growth to leadership, wellness, and personal development. Each session is intentionally crafted to help girls uncover their value, embrace their voice, and walk boldly in who they were created to be. OUR WORKSHOPS
Our bloom mentorship program
The Bloom Mentorship Scheme is a 5-month fully online programme designed to equip girls and young women aged 11 to 25 with the purpose, character, and competence they need to thrive in life, learning, and leadership.
Through monthly or biweekly mentoring sessions, mentees are matched with inspiring women who offer guidance, encouragement, and practical support across key career and personal growth areas.
We run two cohorts each year, one beginning in September and another in February, making it accessible and flexible for mentees and mentors alike.

Destiny demands discipline and a strong inner life. SPARKLE is a character-building training that helps young girls cultivate humility, honesty, kindness, and consistency. Because true sparkle comes not from the outside but from the strength of who you are within.
The Pink Room
Wholeness from the Inside Out
This workshop is about caring for the full self; spirit, soul, and body. From feminine hygiene to mental wellness, The Pink Room equips girls with the practical knowledge and spiritual truth they need to walk in purity, confidence, and health.
Evolve
Becoming Her Gracefully
Girlhood to womanhood is a journey ,one filled with transitions, questions, and growth. EVOLVE teaches young women how to navigate these seasons with grace, maturity, and wisdom. We show them that transformation is not something to fear but something to steward beautifully.
The It Girl
Redefining the Standard
In our world, "IT" is often linked to beauty and trends. But in She’s Gold, an IT Girl is one who is Intentional and Transformed. She’s disciplined, purpose-driven, and excellent in all she does. This training equips girls to rise in productivity, integrity, and influence.
Soar: Oh, She Prays!
Anchored in the Presence of God
The God factor is everything. This workshop teaches young women how to pray, study the Bible, and build a personal relationship with their Father. It’s about knowing that success in life flows from intimacy with God. SOAR ignites their spiritual wings.

GOLD AMBASSADORS
Our GOLD Ambassadors are the heartbeat of the She’s Gold movement, vibrant, visionary young women who boldly represent who we are and what we stand for. Chosen for their leadership, passion, and character, ambassadors carry the She’s Gold ethos into their schools, social circles, and online spaces.
Their mission? To inspire, represent, and grow the movement. Each ambassador is tasked with encouraging at least two girls a month to join the She’s Gold community. No big deal, just helping a generation shine. They are the voice of gold in their generation, modelling our values and helping other girls rise. Every month, we assign five new ambassadors who we believe are ready to carry the vision forward. In return, they receive free She’s Gold merchandise, priority access to events, leadership development opportunities, and the chance to be part of something powerful. Becoming a GOLD Ambassador isn’t just a role, it’s a calling. A call to lead with purpose, to shine with confidence, and to empower others to do the same.
